The conversion from RGB to CMYK color mode in the printing process, as well screen display color differences, may result in slight color variations from what is displayed.

Please allow up to 12 business days from the day your order is placed to process your customization before shipping. We may contact you via email and/or phone if we see a need to confirm your artwork. Please respond at your earliest convenience; if we do not get a response, we will print your design as is within 2 business days of the order confirmation.

Shipping

How is shipping charged?

For all orders over $100 USD, ground shipping to the contiguous U.S. is free of charge. For all orders less than $100 USD, a flat rate $9.99 fee for ground shipping will be applied. Express shipping is available at checkout for a 1-2 business day transit time, and the rate will be calculated based off the items in your cart. If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of the contiguous U.S. (ie: HI, AK, PR) or aboard, please email sales@tossware.com.

When will my order ship?

All non-printed orders ship within three (3) business days of confirmation. You will receive an automated message once your order has been processed and shipped, along with your tracking number. 

Printed orders generally ship in 10-15 business days from order confirmation. Please refer to the estimated ship date associated with your order.

Where will my order ship from?

All online orders will ship from our fulfillment center in El Monte, California unless otherwise specified. 

Do you ship internationally?

Though our web shop cannot process orders shipping beyond the contiguous United States, you may contact us by emailing sales@tossware.com to place an international order. Higher shipping rates may apply. 

May I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation must be requested in writing to support@tossware.com within 24 hours of the order confirmation. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept used, washed, soiled, or damaged products. However, if your non-printed items are still in their original packaging, products may be returned with a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of receipt. It is suggested that you send your return package by receipt post or express post as we cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in transit.

If you’d like to start a return, please send us an email at support@tossware.com with the following details: your name, order number, and reason for return. A credit will be issued to the same payment method used within seven (7) days of receiving your return. 

Sales of customized items are final. Customized orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. 

What is your exchange policy?

If you would like to exchange your non-printed item(s), we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the refunded item(s). Please review the return policy for the refund process.

Customized cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. 

What if I received damaged or incorrect items? 

If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact support@tossware.com within five (5) days of receiving your package. In your message please include with your name and order number and we’ll get to resolving the issue right away.
